应用Peplau的人际关系模式对乳腺癌患者的健康教育效果

摘　　要：目的探讨运用Peplau的人际关系模式对乳腺癌患者进行有效护理及健康教育,减少了乳腺癌患者的手术后并发症及减少了上肢功能障碍,促进了病人的康复。方法将160例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为两组各80例,对照组按乳腺癌护理常规进行护理,试验组按照Peplau的人际关系模式对乳腺癌患者进行护理,然后进行比较研究。结果试验组在相关知识掌握、功能锻炼达标、减少术后并发症(上肢水肿、日常生活能力恢复)等方面明显高于对照组。结论 Peplau人际关系模式对乳腺癌患者掌握相关康复知识,坚持康复锻炼、减少并发症具有明显的促进作用。Objective To explore the effective nursing care and health education for breast cancer patients with interpersonal relationship mode of Peplau, reduce the complications after operation in patients with breast cancer and reduce the upper limb dysfunction, promote the rehabilitation of patients. Methods 160 cases of breast cancer operation were randomly divided into two groups, the control group according to breast cancer nursing care, the exper- imental group of breast cancer patients were managed by interpersonal relationship model of Peplau, and then makes a comparative study. Results In the experimental group, in the respect of grasping related knowledge, functional exer-cise compliance, reduce the postoperative complications namely recovering the edema of upper limb and patients＇ a-bility of daily life is significantly superior than the control group. Conclusion Nursing care and education with inter-personal relationship mode of Peplau is good at mastery of breast cancer related knowledge of rehabilitation, rehabih-tation exercise, reduce complications, so it has a significant role in promoting the recovery of upper limb edema and the ability of daily life.
