PFNA和InterTan方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种髓内固定方法对老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的优缺点及疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2009年7月-2012年12月收入院的102例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的手术治疗情况,其中采用InterTan治疗52例,PFNA治疗50例。对手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、围手术期并发症进行对比分析,随访采用Harris评分标准对髋关节功能进行评估。结果:两组患者在手术时间、骨折愈合时间等方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),InterTan组较PFNA组术中出血量少、围手术期并发症少、Harris评分高(P<0.05)。结论:InterTan法具有术中出血量少,术后并发症少,髋关节功能恢复好等优势,更适合粉碎性、复杂及合并骨质疏松的股骨粗隆间骨折的年老体弱患者使用。Objective： To investigate the advantages and disadvantages and efficacy of two kinds of intertrochanteric fracture fixation.Method： 102 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by operation were analyzed.50 cases were treated by PFNA and 52 cases were treated by InlerTan.Result： There were no significant differences in operation time, length of stay, time of fracture union and function of hip joint between the two groups （ P〈O.05 ） . The InterTan had less blood loss , fewer complications, higherHarris.Conclusion： InterTan is a safe and effective treatment of intertrochanteric fractures for the elders, especially combined with osteoporosis patients.
