大型转炉钢水罐车减速机油封设计制作

摘　　要：120t转炉钢水罐车在八钢投产使用后,因减速机输出轴端泄漏机械油,造成出钢车频繁失火。因在线更换骨架油封十分困难,维护人员的工作量大增,无法保证生产的顺畅,又造成油料的浪费。因此我们对减速机进行改造,加工新的端盖,更换密封元件,有效地解决了漏油问题,为稳定生产奠定了基础。120t converter ladle car after Bayi Iron and Steel Co. put into production use, Because of the speed reducer output shaft end machine oil leakage, cause frequent tapping cars on fire. Because of the online change of skeleton oil seal is very difficcult, maintenance personnel＇s workload,there is no guarantee that production is smooth,and cause the waste oil. So we have to modify reducer,processing the new end cover, replace the seal element,effectively solve the leak problem,laid a solid foundation for the stable production.
