摘  要:通过添加不同类型、不同含量抗静电剂(乙炔炭黑、SN),制备NBR胶料,研究其抗静电性能、混炼胶硫化特性及硫化胶的力学性能。结果表明,乙炔炭黑用量为6phr-8phr时,随乙炔炭黑用量增加,胶料的表面电阻和体积电阻略有下降,但用量在8phr-12phr时,胶料的表面电阻和体积电阻急剧下降,用量超过12phr后,趋于稳定,乙炔炭黑含量对丁腈橡胶的硫化速度影响较小,硫化程度随着乙炔炭黑含量增加略有提高,拉伸强度在乙炔炭黑含量9phr时达到最大值;SN用量对丁腈橡胶抗静电效果不明显,对于硫化过程SN用量4phr为较优配比,在SN用量为3phr时,材料的拉伸强度最大。Antistatic nitrile rubber are prepared by adding different kinds of antistatic agent(acetylene carbon black and SN) and different content of antistatic agent.The properties of antistatic,vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties of the vulcanizates are studied.Results showed that while the adding dosage of acetylene carbon black is 6phr-8phr,the surface and volume conductivity decreased slightly with the increasing of the content of acetylene carbon black;however,when the adding dosage of acetylene carbon black is 8phr-12 phr,the surface and volume conductivity of NBR decreased strictly,if the adding dosage of acetylene carbon black reached 12 phr,the conductivity tended to be stable.The adding dosage of acetylene carbon black has little effect on the curing rate of NBR,the curing rate improved minimally with the increasing of the content of acetylene carbon black,the tensile strength of the composite materials climbed to the top when the adding dosage of acetylene carbon black is 9 phr;the effect of SN content on NBR antistatic is not obvious,4 phr content of SN is suited to the vulcanization process,when SN added for 3 phr,the tensile strength of the composite materials reached to the maximum.
