摘 要:对应用常规系谱法结合EMS化学诱变法选育出的矮秆玉米自交系08H67-2进行系统观察,并且应用40个常规高秆自交系与它进行杂交和回交,对F2和BF1的植株高度进行调查,研究其遗传规律。结果表明,08H67-2是一个属于隐性单基因控制、受外界环境影响小、稳定的矮生类型新自交系,该自交系株高较低,叶片短窄、直立,茎叶夹角小,尤其是中、上部叶片与茎秆的夹角较小,当栽培密度提高时单株产量降低较慢,而群体的有效穗数增加很多,产量显著提高。Through observation on the dwarf maize inbred line 08H67-2,which was bred by pedigree method and EMS mutagenesis,we studied on the genetic lawofits plant height bythe investigatingplant height ofF2and BF1generation which came from 40 tall inbred lines interbreeding and backcross with the dwarf maize inbred line 08H67-2.The results showed that 08H67-2 was a new stable dwarf maize inbred line controlled by single recessive gene and it was little influenced by ambient environment.The inbred lines had a shorter plant height and short narrowupright leaves.The angle between its stem and leaf was small,especially at the middle and upper stalk parts.The yield per plant decreased slowlywhen planting density increased.The yield increased significantly due to the increased of effective panicle number ofthe maize population.
