摘 要:为了明确枣黑顶病的发病规律,选用不同枣树品种用不同质量浓度氟化氢(50,100,200,300,400 mg/L)进行黑顶病的诱导试验。结果表明,同一质量浓度氟化氢溶液诱导下,4个枣树品种的发病时间依次为:壶瓶枣>郎枣>木枣>赞皇大枣;病情指数大小依次为:壶瓶枣>郎枣>木枣>赞皇大枣;同一枣树品种的发病率随氟化氢溶液质量浓度的增大而升高。In order to determine the occurence regularity of jujube black tip disease in the induced condition of hydrogen fluoride,different varieties of jujube and different concentrations of hydrogen fluoride(50,100,200,300,400 mg/L) were selected for induction test of black tip disease.The result showed that under the same concentration of hydrogen fluoride,the escaped time from spraying to attacking of four varieties were ranked in the following order: Hupingzao,Langzao,Muzao,Zanhuangdazao;the disease index ranking was as following: Hupingzao,Langzao,Muzao,Zanhuangdazao;with the increasing concentration of hydrogen fluoride,the incidence of the disease for the same variety increased.
