摘　　要：目的通过对乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性患者进行DNA检测,了解乙型肝炎病毒的传染性。方法对来自鹤壁市医院门诊乙型肝炎血清标志物检测阳性患者进行乙型肝炎DNA检测。结果 583例血清标本HBV-DNA阳性358例,阳性率61.41%。结论HBV-DNA的检测为预防乙肝流行和临床治疗乙肝提供实验室依据。Objective To know about the infectivity of HBV by detecting DNA of the HBsAg positive patient. Methods Detecting HBV-DNA of positive patients with hepatitis B virus serum markers who are from Hebi Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Result There are 583 serum samples in total in which 358 HBV-DiNA are positive. The positive rate is 61.41%. Conclusion the detecting of HBV-DNA provides experimental evidences for the prevention of HBV and the clinical treatment.
