摘　　要：8 0 77S是采用水稻光温敏雄性不育系W6 15 4S经辐射诱变选育的一个具有苯达松敏感致死标记的水稻两用不育系 ,其自交种苗能被对普通水稻安全的除草剂苯达松杀死 ,杂交种苗则对该药剂安全。对 80 77S的遗传行为、农艺性状、育性特点、药剂反应以及配组优势的研究表明 ,该不育系所具有的致死标记由隐性单基因控制 ,并且这一标记基因对农艺性状无明显不良影响。运用 80 77S建立了一种针对杂交水稻的标记技术 ,能够简便而有效地除去两系杂交稻秧苗中混入的不育系自交种苗 ,从而保证了杂交稻田间种植的纯度 ,避免光温敏雄性不育系因育性波动等原因造成的风险。这一标记技术还可以用于杂交水稻种子纯度的快速鉴定。详细介绍了有关这一遗传标记的转育、选择和除杂应用技术。S, photoperiod temperature sensitive male sterile line in rice carrying the bentazone sensitive lethal marker, has been developed from W6154S by induced radiation. This bentazone sensitive lethal marker is controlled by a single recessive gene (be1). The gene bel made the selfed seed seedlings of 8077S killed by spraying bentazone while its F 1 seedlings are safe. Futhermore, the gene has no negative effects on agronomic traits no matter whether it is homozygous or heterozygous. Using 8077S, a marking system of the two line hybrid rice for eliminating the selfed seed seedlings in the F 1 hybrid seedlings has been set up, which can ensure the purity of F 1 commercial production. This marking technique can also be used to identify rapidly the purity of hybrid rice seeds. The techniques for transferring and selecting the marker gene in breeding program and its application in ensuring and identifying the purity of hybrid rice seed were introduced in detail in the paper.
