摘　　要：以天津钢铁集团有限公司炼钢厂的二级系统为应用背景,结合Oracle数据库在冶金工业生产过程中的应用情况,对Oracle数据库在长期应用维护过程中出现的问题进行分析研究。提出3种优化数据库性能的简单而有效方法:根据存储数据和数据应用的情况,建立数据的正确表达方式;对数据库有宏观的数据存储管理,即对数据物理存储方式(表结构、表空间)的管理;建立满足需求的索引。通过3种数据库的优化方法,提高了Oracle数据库系统性能和二级系统的实时性和稳定性。In combination with the application of Oracle database in metallurgical industry production, the problems in the long term utilization and maintenance of Oracle database are analyzed and studied on the basis of Level 2 system at Steel-making Plant,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited. Three easy and effective methods to optimize database performance are put forward： establishing correct data expression based on stored data and data application; exerting data storage macro management over database, i.e., management of physical data storage mode （table structure and table space）; architecting required index. The three optimization methods improve the performance of Oracle database system and the real-time property and stability of Level 2 system.
