摘  要:对天钢联合钢铁有限公司100t转炉氧枪升降横移装置提升卷扬系统中减速机与卷筒的连接方式进行定性、定量分析,指出其在装配形式上存在的设计缺陷,不方便现场检修更换备件,从而影响到正常生产。提出了合理的设计改进建议,进行了具体的强度校核验算,方便了现场更换卷筒或减速机,大大缩短了设备检修和备件更换时间。Qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted on the connection method of reducer and winding drum in the hoisting system of 100 t converter oxygen lance lifting and traversing device at Tiangang United Iron and Steel Company Limited. It is pointed out that design defect in assembling fashion makes inconvenient spare part exchange in onsite maintenance, which affects normal production. The author puts forward reasonable proposal on design improvement and makes specific strength calibration checkout to facilitate the exchange of winding drum or reducer, which greatly shortens equipment maintenance and spare part exchange.
