天钢转炉烟罩自然循环改造与应用

摘　　要：炼钢厂转炉余热锅炉汽化系统中,活动烟罩及固定I段烟罩采用强制循环方式,而II段～IV段与汽包间均采用自然循环方式。为达到节能降耗目的,将转炉活动烟罩及I段烟罩改为自然循环,最终改造设计成功,汽化系统运行良好,并取得了较好的经济效益。In the evaporation system of converter waste heat boiler at Steel-making Plant, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited （TISCO）forced circulation fashion was adopted in movable hood and fixed hood section I, and natural circulation fashion in hood sections II - IV and steam header. In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction, natural circulation was also applied to movable hood and fixed hood section I. Eventually the design was revised successfully and evaporation system ran smoothly with good economic benefits.
