摘　　要：介绍了天津钢铁集团公司中厚板切废流通加工中的物流流程再造过程。通过研究中厚钢板切废(即板头、板边)的冶炼使用流程,分析实际调研成本构成,检查出不增值的部分,再造出新的流通加工物流流程,节能且环保,降低了物流成本297.73万元/年,提高了经济效益,取得了良好的社会效益。The paper introduces the logistics re-engineering process of plate crop in distribution processing at Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited （TISCO）. After studying the melting utilization process of plate crop （crop tail and edge） and analyzing actual investigation cost constitution, the author finds out the non-value-added part and re-engineers a new logistics process for distribution processing, which saves energy and protects the environment, reduces logistics cost by 2,977,300 RMB/year, improves economic returns and gains good social benefit.
