摘  要:通过苛化工艺对浓缩结晶法脱除拜耳液中有机物的过程中产生的结晶浓缩渣进行回收再利用。研究了浆液Na2Oc浓度、石灰添加量(以CaO/Na2Oc比值表示,下同)、苛化温度、苛化时间因素对苛化效果的影响。结果表明:较佳的苛化条件为Na2Oc浓度2%,CaO/Na2Oc比为1.5,苛化温度95℃,苛化时间2 h,该条件下,苛化率为83.88%。By causticizing process, the concentrated filter residue from was recycled. The factors of the slurry concentration of Na20c, lime dosage the process of removal organics in bayer liquor ( expressed as a ratio of CaO/Na2Oc, similarly hereinafter), causticizing temperature, and causticizing time for the influence of causticizing were investigated. The experiment results showed that at the causticizing conditions of Na2Oc concentration of 10% - 12%, CaO/Na2Oc ratio of 1.5, temperature of 95 ℃, time of 120 min, and the causticization rate was 83.88%.
