摘　　要：秦山二期扩建工程核辅厂房三废控制采用Invensys公司的I/A数字化控制系统,其采用分层分布式结构,包含系统层和过程控制层。本文介绍了KSN三废控制系统的功能、结构、该类型数字化控制系统硬件及软件平台的建立、调试,包括系统设备功能测试、信号传输通道测试、系统控制功能测试,并就该系统调试过程中遇到的一些重大问题进行阐述,为I/A数字化控制系统在核电系统控制领域的应用提供合理化的技术改进建议。The I/A digital control system is used in the wastes treatment process control system in QinShan Extension II.The structure of I/A control system is discussed,including system layer and process control layer.In the paper,we will know the function,structure of KSN wastes control system and how to build the I/A control system：building the system hardware platform and software platform;how to start the commissioning：the function commissioning of the system equipment,the commissioning of the signal transmission channel,the control function commissioning of the system.It also explains some significant problems encountered in the commissioning process of control system,and gives some rationalization proposals for the technical improvement of I/A digital control system used in nuclear power plant control system.
