摘　　要：远程控制站往往是DCS系统的薄弱环节,由于现场环境比较恶劣,故障率相对较高。本文介绍了北仑电厂3号机组循泵远程I/O站通讯故障处理的具体过程。通过本次故障处理,并结合作者多年工作经验,本文总结了INFI-90系统远程I/O站在设计和日常维护中的一些心得体会,对其他电厂INFI-90系统的应用具有一定的指导意义。Because of bad environment,the remote control station is the weak link of the DCS system and its failure rate is relatively high.This paper：introduces the concrete process of circulating water pump station remote I/O communication fault processing of No.3 unit in BeiLun power plant.Through the troubleshooting,combined with many years of work experience,this paper summarizes some experience of remote I/O station in the design and maintenance of INFI-90 systeme,and it has certain guiding significance for the application of INFI-90 system in power plant.
