摘　　要：在我国经济持续高速发展和钢材产量相对过剩的大背景下,钢结构住宅将节约资源和可持续的发展观落实在建筑领域中,并响应了建设"节约型"社会的要求因而迎来了大发展的契机。当前在政制、科研和市场等方面共同配合下,我国钢结构住宅将有较大的发展。With the rapid economy development of our country and the reality of relatively superfluous steel output, steel structure residence is facing a great chance to develop rapidly, as an answer to provident society and the idea of sustainable development~ At present,with eommen cooperation in policy, scientific research and market, there will be a greater ad- vancement in our national steel housing.
