摘　　要：论述核设施退役和放射性废物治理的意义及目的,对我国20多年来在实施核设施退役和放射性废物治理过程中取得的积极进展和面临的问题进行概述和总结,并提出相关的应对措施。The meaning and purpose of decommissioning of nuclear facilities and radioactive waste management are discussed. The positive progresses made in the implementation of the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and radioactive waste management in the past 20 years and the problems faced currently are reviewed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
