依降钙素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并骨质疏松症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的14g讨依降钙素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。【方法】30例COPD患者经骨密度检查为骨质疏松症，依降钙素连续治疗3个月后观察其骨痛缓解率、骨密度（BMD）值及肺功能指标变化情况。【结果】治疗3个月后，18例有腰背疼痛症状者及3例骨折患者的骨病症状消失，股骨及腰椎的BMD值增加，FEVl、FEVl／FVC（％）、FEVl％均较前提高（P〈O．05）。【结论】依降钙素是治疗COPD合并骨质疏松症患者的有效药物，能缓解骨痛，提高BMD值，并能改善COPD患者的肺通气功能。[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of elcatonin for the treatment of patients with chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease（COPD） and osteoporosis. [Methods] Thirty patients with COPD were diagnosed as osteoporosis. The remission rate of bone pain, bone mineral density（BMD） as well as the change of lung function indexes after continu- ous treatment with elcatonin for 3 weeks were observed. [Results] Compared with before treatment, the symptoms of 18 patients with low back pain and 3 patients with fractures were disappeared, and femur as well as lumbar spine BMD values increased, and FEV1, FEV1/FVC（%） as well as FEV1 ~/00 were improved after treatment for 3 months（ P %0.05）. [Conclusion] Elcatonin for the treatment of COPD patients with osteoporosis is an effective drug, and can relieve pain, in- crease BMD values and improve pulmonary ventilation function of patients with COPD.
