抗茵药物临床应用专项整治活动干预措施及成效分析

摘　　要：【目的】总结开展抗菌药物专项整治活动的干预措施及成效。【方法】统计分析2010年7月1日至2011年6月30日（干预前）及2011年7月1日至2012年6月30日（干预后）干预前后抗菌药物合理应用指标数据。采取健全制度、签定管理责任状及具体措施进行干预，比较干预前后门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例、住院患者抗茵药物使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用强度、I类切口手术患者预防使用抗茵药物比例、抗茵药物费用占药费总额的百分率五项指标的变化。【结果】五项指标干预后均较干预前显著下降（P〈0．05）。【结论】抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动干预措施可行有效，对抗茵药物安全、有效、经济的合理使用起到了积极促进作用。[Objective]To explore the effect of special rectification intervention of antibacterials in our hos- pital. [Methods] The indexes and data of rational usage of antibacterials from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 （before intervention） and July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 （after intervention） were analyzed by statistics. Per- fect system, responsibility certificate and specific measures were adopted for intervention. The percentage of antibacterials prescriptions for outpatients, the use ratio of antibacterials for inpatients, the use strength of an- tibacterials for inpatients, the percentage of prophylactic antibacterials for patients undergoing type I incision operation and the percentage of antibacterials in total pharmaceutical fees were compared between before and after treatment. [Results] Compared before treatment, the above five indexes decreased significantly after in- tervention（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The intervention measures of special rectification for clinical application of antibacterials are feasible and effective, and can actively promote safe, effective and economic and rational use of antJbacterials.
