摘　　要：目的　观察阴虚火旺型不孕症患者子宫内膜病理学变化。方法　患者于月经后行刮宫术 ,子宫内膜进行普通病理学及病理免疫组织化学方法检查。结果　抗精子抗体阳性不孕症患者子宫内膜免疫组化IgA积分值明显高于抗精子抗体阴性不孕症患者 ,2者比较差别有高度显著性。结论　免疫性不孕子宫内膜IgA高表达 ,提示子宫内膜参予了免疫活动 ,是引起不孕的因素之一。OBJECTIVE To observe the pathological changes of endometrium in patients with yindeficiencyandfirehyperactivity type of infertility. METHODS After menstruation, uterine curettage was carried out. Pathological and pathoimmunohistochemical examinations of the endometrium were conducted. RESULTS The IgA integral values of the infertility patients with positive antisperm antibody were significantly higher than those with negative antisperm antibody. CONCLUSION High IgA values suggest that the endometrium plays a role in the immunity and this is one of the factors causing infertility.
