摘  要:在自行搭建的热重分析仪上研究了混煤CO2气化特性,考察了掺混比、煤种、气化温度对混煤气化协同特性的影响。研究表明:三种原煤煤焦气化反应性大小顺序为淮东煤>贵州煤>浑源煤。在气化反应的前期,混煤气化受到一定的抑制作用;气化反应后期,混煤气化受到一定的促进作用。增大混煤中高活性煤种的比例,升高气化温度均能使抑制作用增强,促进作用减弱。混煤中两种单煤的气化活性相差越大,气化反应中存在的促进和抑制作用越明显。The characteristics of blended coal char were studied by means of a designed thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of blending ratio,gasification temperature and coals on the synergy were studied.The result shows that the gasification reactivity order of three types of coal is Huaidong coal Guizhou coal Hunyuan coal.The gasification of coal char was restrained at the initial stage of co-gasification、The gasification of coal char was promoted at the initial stage of co-gasification.Raising highly active coal ratios and improving gasification temperature can enhance the restrain effect and reduce the promoting effect.The difference of gasification reactivity between two kinds single coal is more distinct,the promotion and restrain in gasification is more obvious.
