摘  要:以火电机组能耗敏感度定义为基础,结合汽轮机变工况模型与热力系统经济性分析基本方程,进行了火电机组主汽压、主汽温、再热汽温的能耗敏感度分析。以东汽1 000 MW机组为研究对象,采用Mathcad软件编程,计算出机组不同负荷下初参数变工况时机组煤耗的变化量以及初参数的能耗敏感度。总结得到机组初参数能耗敏感度的强弱顺序,及各初参数能耗敏感度随机组负荷改变的变化规律,对1 000 MW火电机组的运行优化有很大的指导意义。On the basis of thermal power unit energy consumption sensitivity definition,combined with the variable condition of steam turbine model and the basic equations for economic analysis,the thermal power unit main steam pressure and main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature sensitivity analysis of energy consumption.1 000 MW unit produced by DFSTW as the research object,using Mathcad software programming,calculate the load of several groups of different initial parameter variable conditions,the amount of change of the unit coal consumption and energy consumption of the initial parameter sensitivity.Initial parameter sensitivity of energy consumption of the unit are set sequence and the variation of initial parameter sensitivity of energy consumption changing with the load change.The results can provide great reference for the operation optimization of 1000 mw thermal power unit.
