摘　　要：采用二三维一体化的方法研发的渭南防汛决策指挥地理信息系统,利用了传统二维地理信息系统成熟的空间查询、分析功能以及三维地理信息系统的空间直观显示特性,通过二三维地理信息系统功能优势互补,实现了二三维一体化的指挥防汛地理信息系统建设,为渭南防汛提供了决策支持平台。从二三维一体化防汛指挥地理信息系统建设的实际出发,论述了二三维一体化防汛指挥地理信息系统的实现。Followed by the concept of 2D&3D integration technology,Weinan flood control decision-making and commanding geographical information system took advantage of both traditional 2D GIS which realised spatial inquiry as well as analysis and 3D GIS which showed spatial location directly.Through the method of 2D&3D integration technology,the system provided a decision-making and supporting platform for Weinan flood control.Based on the practice,this paper focused on the construction and realisation of flood control commanding geographical information system by 2D&3D integration technology.
