摘　　要：结合项目实施情况,介绍了地名地址数据采集的工艺流程、采集要求以及质量检查涉及的问题;探讨了系统面向服务架构的构建思路和流程,分析了系统的体系结构、系统功能模块和具体构建思路。Combined with the project implementation,this article introduced the process and requirements of the data collection of the name and address database,and also including the problems involved in quality inspection.And then,this article discussed the architecture and process of this service-oriented system,and analyzed the system architecture,system function module and the specific construction approaches.
