摘　　要：目的:设计一种集冷敷降温与加压功能于一体的医疗器具,用于运动损伤、高热及术后患者进行低温治疗。方法:通过压缩机制冷至恒定温度,内部采用计算机自动控制,其作用机制是内部设有水循环系统,可设定水循环系统中水的温度,通过与损伤部位的接触,利用温差降低损伤部位温度。结果:该医疗器具既可对高热患者降低体温,也可针对运动训练损伤的患者进行冷敷治疗,并可对脑损伤的患者进行亚低温治疗,对术后患者可通过低温减少出血、消除水肿和加快愈合。结论:该医疗器具的研制可解决现有的降温设备温度调节范围小、降温速度不能控制及体积大等缺点。Objective： To design a set of medical equipment which can combine cold temperature and pressure functions for hypothermia therapy to the patients with high fever, sports injury and post-operation. Methods： It has water circulation system and realize temperature control automatic inside through the compressor refrigeration to a constant temperature. It can set the water circulation system temperature by connecting the injury sites and reduce the injury site temperature by temperature difference. Results： This system can be used not only in patients with high fever for reducing temperature, but also in training injury patients for treatment and mild hypothermia treatment of brain injury patients and postoperative patients by low temperature to reduce bleeding, eliminate edema, accelerate healing. Conclusion： The equipment can resolve existing problems like small regulating range, the cooling speed out of control, etc.
