摘  要:目的:通过虚拟刺激环境的途径实现对人体的辅助麻醉和镇痛作用。方法:通过计算机和头戴式三维显示器虚拟出对感官产生强烈刺激的环境,激发人体因自我保护而产生的大量肾上腺素,从而起到一定的麻醉镇痛作用。结果:研制的新型麻醉系统达到了预期的镇痛目的,起到短期镇痛作用,其效果可作为局部麻醉方案的补充。结论:该系统通过对人体的外部刺激可以起到良好的镇痛作用,但存在镇痛时间过短的不足之处。Objective: To achieve auxiliary anesthesia and analgesia by virtual stimulation. Methods: The environment of strong stimulation was virtualized by using computer and headband 3D displayer, explored the results for self protection of human body, such as adrenaline rush which plays a certain analgesic action. Results: This new anesthesia system achieved the expected effect in short-term. It also can be used as a supplement of the regular anesthetic scheme. Conclusion: This system with external stimulation can reduce pain well. However, there are also some deficiencies such as analgesic time is too short.
