摘 要:弱光胁迫影响植物的生长和产量。为了探明外源过氧化氢(H2O2)缓解弱光的生理机制,以"津春4号"黄瓜(Cucumis sativus.L)为材料,在幼苗长至两叶一心时,用1.5mmol/L H2O2处理12h后,分别置于正常光照(500μmol/(m2.s))和弱光(100、60μmol/(m2.s))下生长6d,取第二片真叶测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子(O2.-)产生速率、H2O2含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果显示,H2O2处理增强了弱光条件下黄瓜叶片抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、APX、GSH-Px的活性,同时显著降低了MDA含量、O2.-生成速率以及H2O2含量,表明外源H2O2缓解了弱光下黄瓜叶片膜脂过氧化损伤。Low light conditions inhibit plant growth and productivity.In order to investigate the physiological response of cucumber seedlings to exogenous hydrogen peroxide,seedlings of Cucumis sativus cv.Jinchun No.4were cultivated.At the two-leaf stage,cucumber seedlings were pretreated with 1.5mmol / L H 2 O 2 for 12h.Then,the cucumbers were cultivated at normal light intensity of 500 μ mol.m-2.s-1 and low light intensity of 100,60 μ mol.m-2.s-1 for 6d.Samples of the second leaf was used to determine the activities of antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),H 2 O 2 and superoxide anion formation rate(O.2).The results revealed that pretreatment with H 2 O 2 increases antioxidant activities of cucumber leaves such as SOD,CAT,APX,GSH-Px and reduced the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),H 2 O 2 and superoxide anion formation rate(O.2) in comparison to low light treatment alone.So exogenous H 2 O 2 is able to moderate activities of antioxidant enzymes and decrease lipid peroxidation,thus reducing stress intensity under low light in cucumber leaves.
