虫纹鳕鲈外形特征及内部消化系统结构的研究

摘　　要：采用传统的形态学和解剖学方法对15尾2龄虫纹鳕鲈(Macculochella peeli)的外部形态特征和内部消化器官进行了系统的观测和描述,并对形态性状参数进行了相关关系分析。结果表明,其外部形态参数全长(LT)和体长(LB)相关关系为LT=1.088 LB+2.318(R2=0.976),其他性状间相关性较低。虫纹鳕鲈鳍式为D.XI,15～17;A.III,12～13;C.18～19;P.17～20;V.I,5。鳞式为20～30/72～78/35～43-V,第1鳃弓鳃耙数为17～19,脊椎骨数为33。消化系统结构特征:口咽腔较小,上下颌具齿,食道粗短,胃"Y"型、发达且分化明显,4～5个幽门盲囊,比肠长为0.81,肠道较粗,在腹腔内仅呈现2个弯曲,表明虫纹鳕鲈是典型的肉食性鱼类。The morphological characteristics of internal tissue and organ system of 15 two-year-old Macculochella peeli were described and measured using the traditional methods of morphology and anatomy.The results showed the correlation equation of total length and body length was : L T =1.088 L B +2.318(R 2 =0.976).The parameters were as follows : fin formula D.XI,15～17,A.III,12～13,C.18～19,P.17～20,V.I,5,scale formula 20～30 / 72～78 / 35～43-V,the first gill arch raker 17 ～19,vertebrae 33.The oropharyngeal cavity was small,the esophagus was short and wide,the ' Y ' shaped stomach was big,there were 4～5pyloric caecum,the intestine twisted two times and the relative length was 0.81.The morphology of the digestive tract was consistent with the specie ’ s flesh-food habits.
