摘 要:2004年11月至2005年10月对太湖梅梁湾和贡湖湾的水质、浮游甲壳类密度进行了为期一周年的采样调查,并分析了梅梁湾和贡湖浮游甲壳动物密度与水体理化指标之间的相关关系。结果表明:(1)梅梁湾营养指标水平均显著高于贡湖湾;(2)梅梁湾和贡湖湾浮游甲壳动物种类数均为19种,浮游甲壳动物数量的季节变化趋势相似,数量最高出现在秋季,最低出现在冬季;(3)梅梁湾象鼻溞为绝对优势种,全年平均象鼻溞数量占枝角类总数量的70.24%。贡湖湾象鼻溞为优势种,全年平均象鼻溞数量占枝角类总数量的57.21%;(4)桡足类中无节幼体数量所占比例最大,梅梁湾、贡湖湾无节幼体年平均数量分别占桡足类总数量的65.39%和65.50%。枝角类、桡足类密度与水温呈显著正相关关系。Water quality and density of crustacean zooplankton in Meiliang Bay and Gonghu Bay of Taihu Lake were investigated from Nov 2004to Oct 2005.Correlation between the density of crustacean zooplankton and water physical or chemical factor of Meiliang and Gonghu Bays were analyzed.The results showed as follows :(1) Meiliang Bay had significantly high nutrient level than Gonghu Bay.(2) In both bays,there were 19crustacean zooplankton species and the seasonal trends were similar with the maximun number in autumn and the minimum in winter.(3) Bosminaspp.in Mei-liang Bay was the dominant species,comprising 70.2% of total cladocera number,and the number peaked in summer and autumn.Bosminaspp.also dominated in Gonghu Bay with an annual average of 57.2%in total cladoceran number.(4) The average amounts of nauplii in the total number of copepods in Meiliang and Gonghu Bays were 65.4%and 65.5%,respectively.The density of crustacean zooplankton and water temperature has positive relationship.
