芫花种子胚根细胞的超微结构观察

摘　　要：利用透射电镜观察了4～7周芫花(Daphne genkwa)种子的胚根细胞超微结构。结果表明,芫花种子的胚根细胞呈不规则长方形或多边形;整个发育期内,内质网数量无明显变化,线粒体先增加后减少,细胞核变小,淀粉和脂肪含量增加;胚根发育为具有贮藏功能的组织。The ultrastructure of radicle cells of Daphne genkwa seeds from week 4to 7 were studied by using transmission electron microscope.The results showed that cell morphology is irregular rectangle or polygon;During whole developmental stages,the number of endoplasmic reticulum did not change significantly;The number of mitochondria increased,and then reduced;Nucleus became smaller;The number of starch and fat increased.The radicle converted into storage tissue.
