摘　　要：目的探讨风疹IgM抗体检测室内质量控制的方法。方法应用"即刻法"和"双质控法"对北京市西城区(南)2011年度风疹IgM抗体检测结果进行室内质量控制。结果旧试剂的7次试验结果与新批号试剂的4次试验结果均处于在控状态,2011年度风疹IgM抗体检测结果准确可靠。结论 "双质控法"进一步加强、完善了"即刻法"在风疹IgM抗体检测中的质量监控作用。Objective To study the internal quality control method for detecting rubella IgM antibody.Methods Instant method and double quality control method were employed in evaluating the quality of rubella IgM antibody results which were collected from Xicheng district（Southern）in 2011.Results The results detected by using old test kit 7 times and new test kit 4 times were all in well controlled.The results of rubella IgM tested in 2011 were accurate and reliable.Conclusion The double quality control method further strengthened the quality control with the instant method in rubella IgM antibody testing.
