摘 要:文章简要介绍了黄石矿产资源的特点及利用现状,论述了黄石发展矿业循环经济的必要性和潜力。提出黄石发展矿业循环经济的途径:要以资源的高效综合利用和循环利用为核心,从企业、园区、区域三个层面推进,大力发展特钢、有色、煤炭、水泥建材等主要行业的循环经济;将西塞山工业园和长乐循环经济园建成矿业循环经济示范园;构建整个黄石地区生态、经济、社会和谐共生的"资源—产品—废弃物—再资源化"的矿业循环发展模式。The article briefly introduces the characteristics and present utilization situation of mineral re- sources in Huangshi city, and demonstrates the necessity and potentiality of development of mining circular e- conomy. It points out that the key way to develop mining circular economy is highly efficient comprehensive utilization and recycling of resources. The model includes promoting mining circular economy in the three as- pects of enterprise, industry garden and district; the major areas of mining cyclic economy including special steel, nonferrous metal, coal, cement building materials; building Xisaishan Industry Park and Changle Cir- cular Economy Park as mining circular economy parks; constructing ecological, economic and social harmo- nious coexistence mining cycle development way such as "resource - products - waste - recycling" in the whole region of Huangshi city .
