摘  要:以盆栽砂引草(Messerschmidia sibirica)为材料,采用人工海水胁迫的方法,测定盐胁迫对砂引草生长发育及生理适应性的影响,进而综合评价其耐盐性。研究结果表明:砂引草在40%以下的人工海水浓度条件下能够正常生长,随着人工海水浓度的升高,砂引草盐胁迫症状加剧,在60%~80%浓度下,植株存活率逐降低,耐盐极限相当于70%~80%海水浓度之间。分枝率、株高增量随着浓度升高而降低。叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量都随着人工海水浓度的升高、处理时间的延长而呈现降低趋势。细胞膜透性随海水浓度增加而增加,丙二醛含量在整个处理过程中,呈现先增加,后降低的趋势。Using artificial seawater to simulate salt stress, the potted M. sibirica was studied. The studywas mainly to determine the influence on growth and physiological featurea of M. sibirica on salt stress and to evaluate comprehensively its salt resistance. The results indicated that the plants material could grownormally below 40% concentration of artificial seawater. The symptom of plant on salt stress was serious with the concentration of artificial seawater increasing. On 60%-80% concentration, the survival ratewas decreased. The salt--endurance limit was 70%-80% (The plants could not survival while the con- centration was larger than the limit). Rate of branching and plant height were decreased with salt stressincreasing. Concentration of chlorophyll and proline were decreased with increasing salt stress and process --time. Permeability of cell membrane was positively associated with concentration of artificial seawater. Malondialdehyde content was increased first and then decreased in the whole treatment processes.
