性病门诊女性宫颈HPV的检测对宫颈癌诊断价值的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在性病门诊中女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的检测对临床宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法对2012年1～12月来本院检查的186例患者进行宫颈液基细胞学检查、HPV检查及HC2检查,观察并分析结果。结果 186例患者在通过不同的诊断方法对宫颈疾病的诊断后,发现30～39岁的女性患病比例最大,且高级别病变导致的HPV感染例数最多,为65例。结论规范合理的检查可有效地检测宫颈疾病,是宫颈癌防治的关键,具有较高的临床诊断价值。Objective To discuss the diagnosed value of female cervical human papillomavirus（HPV） detection for the cervical cancer in STD clinic.Methods 186 cases of patients examined in our hospital form January 2012 to December were given cervical liquid-based cytology detection,HPV detection and HC2 detection,and the results was observed and analyzed.Results From the different diagnosis method for the diagnosis of cervical disease in the 186 patients,the proportion of women aged 30-39 suffered from illness was the largest,and high grade lesions caused by HPV infection had the most cases（65 cases）.Conclusion Standardized the reasonable inspection can effectively detect cervical disease,cervical cancer prevention key has a high diagnostic value.
