专科急救流程培训演练对提高脊柱外科护士急救能力的影响

摘　　要：目的通过对脊柱外科护士进行颈椎患者发生呼吸道梗阻急救流程的培训+演练,提高护士的急救综合能力。方法对30名脊柱外科护士完成颈椎患者发生呼吸道梗阻急救流程的培训+演练,培训+演练结束后对全体护士发放反馈问卷。结果感到帮助较大或很大者占绝大多数,认为有必要进行急救流程培训+演练者占100.0%。结论培训+演练提高了脊柱外科护士的临床急救综合能力,增加了护士临床应急处置时的信心,是一种行之有效的急救能力培训方法,值得临床推广。Objective To improve the nurses’ comprehensive emergency capabilities through conducting emergency procedures training and drill on the airway obstruction in patients with vertebral diseases among the spinal surgical nurses.Methods 30 spinal surgical nurses completed the emergency procedures training and drill on the airway obstruction in patients with vertebral diseases.The feedback questionnaires were given out to the nurses at the end of training and drill.Results The nurses who had learned some or a lot accounted for the rast majority,the nurses who considered it necessary to conduct emgergency procedures training and drill accounted for 100.0%.Conclusion Training and drill improves the comprehensive clinical emergency capabilities of spinal surgical nurses and improves their confidence in clincial emergency treatment,and therefore is an effective method of emergency capabilities and worthy of clinical promotion.
