静滴甘露醇静脉炎的预防与护理

摘　　要：目的为了预防静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎的发生及观察护理效果。方法对需静滴甘露醇患者180例，随机分为75%酒精注射部位湿敷组和常规护理组各90例。结果静脉炎发生率湿敷组为11.1%（10/90），常规组为93.3%（84/90），两组比较差异有高度显著性P〈0.01（u=11.039）；静脉针留置时间湿敷组（4.90±1.22）d，显著长于常规组（2.58±0.89） d，P〈0.01（t=23.770）。结论75%酒精湿敷对静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎确有预防作用。Objective In order to prevent the occurrence of phlebitis caused by intravenous drip of mannitol and nursing observation. Methods 180 cases of static drop mannitol patients, randomly divided into 75%alcohol injection site wet compress group and routine nursing group with 90 patients in each group. Results Incidence of phlebitis hydropathic compress group was 11.1%（10/90）, conventional group of about 93.3%（84/90）, there was signiifcant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01 u=11.039）;venous indwelling time wet compress group （4.90±1.22） d, which was signiifcantly longer than the conventional group （2.58 ± 0.89） d, P〈0.01 （t=23.770）. Conclusion The prevention effect of 75%alcohol wet compress on phlebitis caused by mannitol is.
