睾丸扭转23例临床诊治体会

摘　　要：目的对睾丸扭转的诊断与治疗方法进行总结分析，以提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法分析2008年1月至2013年1月期间我科收治的23例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料，并对其诊断和治疗进行总结分析。结果16例睾丸保留患者术后经彩色多普勒超声检查血流恢复正常，随访观察6月，无再出现睾丸扭转，保留睾丸者均未出现睾丸萎缩，7例睾丸切除患者对侧睾丸正常。睾丸保留患者10位成年人中有1例抗精子抗体阳性，余均为阴性。结论彩超对睾丸扭转的诊断有重要的意义，手术探查对睾丸扭转的治疗有很好的疗效。Objective The diagnosis of testicular torsion and treatment methods were analyzed in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods from January 2008 to January 2013 admitted to our department during the period 23 cases of testicular torsion clinical data, and its diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results 16 cases of testicular retention patients by color Doppler ultrasound blood lfow returned to normal, followed up for 6 months, no recurrence of testicular torsion, who were not retained testicle testicular atrophy, seven cases of orchiectomy in patients with normal contralateral testis . 10 adult patients with testicular retention in one case of anti-sperm antibodies, I was negative. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of testicular torsion has important implications, surgical exploration for the treatment of testicular torsion have a good effect.
