摘　　要：目的分析胃肠间质瘤（GIST）的螺旋CT表现，探讨螺旋CT对GIST的诊断价值。方法采用回顾性分析的探究方法选择我院2011年12月至2012年12月经病理活检证实的GIST 21例的多层螺旋CT表现，并分析多层螺旋CT诊断间质瘤性质与病理活检的符合率。结果（1）GIST的螺旋CT表现：间质瘤部位：胃12例，空肠5例，食管间2例，回肠1例，大网膜1例，同时合并其他部位转移4例。良性8例，密度比较均匀，表面及边缘较光滑，形状较规则，均匀强化。恶性13例，发生肝转移1例，与周围组织粘连2例，脾转移1例；（2）多层螺旋CT诊断GIST性质与病理活检的符合率：多层螺旋CT诊断良性8例，恶性13例，病理活检诊断良性9例，恶性12例，无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论 GIST的螺旋CT表现特征明显，对部位、性质诊断准确率较高，为临床诊断及治疗提供重要参考信息。Objective to analyze the spiral CT ifndings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, of spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor value.Methods a retrospective analysis of multi-slice spiral CT manifestations of 21 cases of stromal tumor research methods in our hospital from 2011 December to 2012 12 menstrual biopsy conifrmed the gastrointestinal, coincidence rate and analysis of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis and pathological biopsy.Results （1） the spiral CT ifndings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors：stromal tumor site：12 cases of stomach, jejunum in 5 cases, 2 cases of esophagus, 1 cases of ileum, 1 patients with greater omentum, and other parts of the transfer of 4 cases.8 cases were benign, uniform density, the surface and the edge is smooth, with regular shape, uniform enhancement.Malignant in 13 cases, liver metastases occurred in 1 cases, 2 cases with the surrounding tissue adhesion, 1 cases of splenic metastasi;（2） with multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of interstitial tumor characteristics and pathological biopsy：multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of 8 cases were benign, 13 malignant cases, pathological biopsy diagnosis of 9 cases of benign, malignant in 12 cases, no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion spiral CT features of gastrointestinal stromal tumor signiifcantly, on site, properties of high diagnostic rate, provide important reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
