右归胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗少弱精子症100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察右归胶囊加左卡尼汀口服液治疗少弱精症的治疗效果及对精子参数水平的影响。方法本病患者共计200例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各100例，对照组治疗方法为用左卡尼汀口服液治疗，治疗组治疗方法为右归胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗，共治疗3个月。观察治疗效果与治疗前后精液各参数的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为88%，对照组总有效率为70.0%，两组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后精液参数均较治疗前有所提高（P〈0.05， P〈0.01），治疗组的精子数量、活力以及活率的改善情况都要比对照组好（P〈0.05）。结论少弱精子症不育患者应用右归胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Yougui capsules combined withLevocarnitine oral solution treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia andon sperm parameters affect the level of. Methods the patients with 200 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 100 cases in each group, the control group treatment for patients with Levocarnitine oral solution, the treatment group treatment for Yougui capsules combined with Levocarnitine oral solution treatment, a total of 3 months of treatment.Changes were observed before and after the treatment and the treatment ofsemen parameters. Results the total effective rate was 88%in the treatment group, the control group the total effective rate was 70%, the comparison between the two groups, there was signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. The two groups after treatment than before treatment in semen parameters wereincreased （P〈 0.05, P〈0.01）, the treatment group, the number of spermvitality and improve survival rate are better than the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion oligoasthenozoospermia infertility patients with Yougui capsulescombined with Levocarnitine oral solution treatment, signiifcant effect, worthy of clinical application.
