摘  要:目的 研究 CT仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)的检查方法、镜下表现及临床应用价值。方法 对 32例患者及正常人行螺旋CT容积扫描后 ,利用 Navigator软件对容积扫描数据进行三维重建 ,获得仿真内窥镜的影像 ,应用 Fly through软件沿管腔中轴方向推进观察。全部患者均经纤维内窥镜或手术病理检查证实。结果 喉、气管支气管、胃、结肠及膀胱 CTVE获得类似纤维内窥镜显示的管腔器官腔壁或腔内病变形态的效果。尚能从梗阻远端观察病变情况 ,不能评价粘膜状况及帮助组织学诊断。结论 CTVE提供了一种无创性诊断方法 。Objective To investigate the procedure, imaging features and clinical significance of CT virtual endoscopy. Methods 26 patients and 6 normal volunteers were detected with volune scanning by helical CT (Hispeed Fx/i, GE). Volumetric data were analysed by the Navigator soft ware and along the longitudinal axis of the tissues using the soft ware, Fly through. CTVE images were observed. The diagnosis of all cases were proved by surgery or fiberoptic endoscopy biopsy. Results The appearances of the inner lesions and normal wall on CTVE of the larynx, tracheobronchial tree, stomach, colon and urinary bladder were similar to those on fiberoptic endoscopy. Additionally the lesions distal to obstruction could also be evaluated by CTVE, But the CTVE couldn′t evaluate mucosa lesion and make histological diagnosis. Conclusion CTVE provides an noninvasive diagnostic method-a supplement of fiberopitic endoscopy.
