摘　　要：本文对水利工程混凝土冬季施工存在的问题进行了简单的介绍,结合重庆土地沟水库大坝混凝土施工经验,从施工要求、技术措施、养护和注意事项等方面来探讨如何保证水利工程冬季混凝土的施工质量。This paper makes a brief introduction to the existing problems of concrete winter construction in water conservancy project, combined with the experiences of Chongqing land ditch dam concrete construction, from the aspects of construction requirements, technical measures, maintenance and attention to discuss how to ensure the construction quality of winter concrete in water conservancy project.
