摘　　要：在建筑工程中,建筑工程的沉降对建筑物的质量和安全起着至关重要的作用。对建筑工程的沉降进行观测,是工程施工组织中重要组成部份,沉降点作为建筑工程沉降变化的重要依据。本文重点阐述工程沉降观测点测量技术在工程沉降观测中的应用,就工程沉降观测点测量技术的一些问题进行探讨,以期对建筑工程施工中沉降观测点测量技术的应用有所帮助。In the construction project, the settlement of buildings plays a crucial role in the quality and safety of construction engineering. On the settlement observation of the construction, is an important part of engineering construction, an important basis for settlement as the construction settlement changes. This paper focuses on the measurement technology of engineering settlement observation points in observation application engineering settlement, some problems on engineering settlement observation point measurement technology is discussed, in order to help the settlement observation point measurement technology in building engineering construction.
