摘  要:目的:探讨一种能够减少肾移植术后并发症的引流技术。方法:采用双套管持续负压吸引作为肾移植术后的常规引流方法,观察40例肾移植患者术后留至双套管持续负压吸引期间及拔管后出现并发症的情况,并与35例普通引流方法相比较。结果:应用本方法引流的所有患者均能保持良好的引流效果,与普通引流法相比本法引流管堵塞或伤口感染发生率分别为8%和5%,均明显低于普通胶管引流的20%和23%,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾移植术后应用双套管持续负压吸引能有效观察和预防一些并发症的发生,是一种值得推荐的肾移植术后引流方法。Objective: To investigate a new drainage system in reducing complications of kidney transplantation. Methods: The double-tube continuous negative pressure suction was adopted as the routine drainage after kidney transplantation. Complications in 40 patients were observed during draining and after decannulation. Comparison was made between this method and the old drainage system. Results: Satisfactory drainge was found in all 40 cases .No serious infections occurred both during draining and after decannulation. The chances of incision effusion and incision infection were 8% and 5% respectively, significantly lower than 20% and 23% in the old drainage (F<0.05). Conclusion: The double-tube continuous negative pressure suction is recommended as an effective drainage, in preventing infection complications after kidney transplantation.
