摘 要:大骨节病是一种原因不明的慢性、变形性、地方性骨关节病。本研究用多聚酶链式反应 (PCR)对大骨节病患者血清进行检测 ,结果 5 5例大骨节病患者血清中 16例检出微小病毒 B1 9DNA,检出率 (2 9.0 9% )明显高于相邻非病区对照组和绝对非病区对照组 (分别为 11.5 4% ,11.42 % )。提示微小病毒 B1Kashin Beck Disease (KBD) is an endemic, chronic, degenerative osteoarthropathy with developmental deformity of an irregular dwarfism, and the cause is still unknown. In order to investigate the relationship between KBD and Human Parvovirus B 19 (HPVB 19 ), the sera of KBD patients were detected by using PCR. HPVB 19 DNA was found in 16 of 55 sera in KBD patients, and the HPVB 19 DNA detectable rate (29.09%) is higher than the rate of two control groups (11.54%, 11.42% respectively). The difference between KBD patients group and the other nomal control groups was obvious (P<0.05). The results suggested that there was a close relationship between HPVB 19 infection and Kashin Beck Disease.
