摘 要:为揭示氟砷共存时对子代宏量元素的影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,测定大鼠暴露于氟砷后其子代血液中宏量元素的水平。结果显示 :随着氟砷暴露剂量的增加 Na+ 、Mg+ + 、Ca+ + 随之降低 ,而 K+ 和 P+ 5 变化不明显 ;停止氟砷暴露 8w后 Na+ 、Mg+ + 、Ca+ + 均明显增加。In order to expose the effect of the fluoride arsenic exposure on the macro elements,the contents of macro elements in serum of rats' offspring were determined with the method of two generation one nest reproductive test. The results showed that the contents of sodium(Na),magnesium(Mg) and calcium(Ca) in serum were decreased when increasing the exposed dose of fluoride arsenic, but the changes of potassium(K) and phosphorus(P) were not significant. After stopping the exposure for 8 weeks, Na, Mg and Ca were increased distinctly. The above results indicated that fluoride arsenic exposure affect the levels of macro elements in serum of rats' offspring.
