摘　　要：目前艾滋病患者的免疫重建治疗已成为抗病毒治疗之外的重要策略,是当今全球艾滋病领域研究的热点之一。该文综述了艾滋病免疫重建的干预方法,但因这些干预方法的临床疗效尚需考证和观察,毒副作用等亦需要寻找更好的解决办法,临床推广还有待时日。Immune reconstruction in the treatment of AIDS has became one of hot topics in the field of aids research over the world. In this paper, the interventions of immune reconstitution were sumarized, but because of the clinical efficacy of these interventions still need to be verified and better solutions of their side effects also need to be found, clinical application of these interventions are still in process.keywords：AIDS
