摘　　要：目的评价冠状动脉支架植入术临床效果。方法 19例冠心病患者被植入支架共 2 0枚 ,其中男性 17例 ,女性 2例 ,年龄 31～ 70岁 ,急性心肌梗塞 12例 ,陈旧性心肌梗塞 3例 ,不稳定性心绞痛 4例。结果全部支架植入成功。结论冠状动脉内支架植入术成功率高 ,并发症少 ,为安全有效的冠心病临床治疗技术。ObjectiveTo eraluate the clinical effects of the coronary artery stand interpolation (CASI).MethodsTwenty stands were interpolated in 19 patients with coronary heart disease, 17 males and 2 females, aged between 31 and 70 which included 12 patients with acute myocardial infarction,3 patients with old myocardial infarction and 4 patients with unstable angina pectoris.ResultsAll the stands were done successfully.ConclusionCASI is a safe and effective clinical therapeutic technique with a low incidence of the complication for the coronary artery heart disease.
