老年人溃疡病穿孔外科治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人溃疡病穿孔的临床特点和外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析 36例老年人溃疡病穿孔的临床特点和外科治疗方法。结果老年患者全身并存病多 ,重要脏器功能及代偿功能随年龄增长而衰退。当发生溃疡病穿孔时 ,病情重而反应低下 ,临床症状并不典型 ,休克发生率高。结论老年人溃疡病穿孔一经确诊 ,只要病情允许 ,应根据手术探查所见 ,采取不同的术式。ObjectiveTo study the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment for the ulcerative perforation of upper digestive tract in senior patients.MethodsTo retrospectively analyze The clinical characteristics and surgical treatment 36 senior patients. With ulcerative perforation of upper digestive tract were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsSenior patients had more coexisting diseases. With the increasing of their ages, the compensation function and the function of important organs decreased. When ulcerative perforation occurs, old patients were in severe condition. Unclear reaction, atypical symptoms and high shock incidence rate were found.ConclusionAs long as the ulcerative perforation is confirmed and the patient's condition is permissible, an appropriate operative pattern should be selected based on the exploratory findings.
