摘 要:基于一种规模化制备纳米纤维的单喷头喷气静电纺丝单元,设计了一种双喷头静电纺丝装置。研究了4种不同喷头间距时的电场分布,纳米纤维毡的产量和面积,以及纳米纤维的微观形貌。研究发现,纳米纤维平均直径为447.62nm,纤维的平均不匀度为19.25%。当喷头间距为2cm和4cm时,可以得到连续并且厚度均匀的纳米纤维毡。当喷头间距超过5.5cm时,单个喷头得到的纳米纤维毡开始分离。随着喷头间距的增加,纳米纤维毡的产量和面积增加,纳米纤维的平均直径从515.97nm下降到439.27nm,纤维的平均不匀度从21.15%下降到16.85%。A double-nozzle air-jet electrospinning setup was proposed based on the principle of the air-jet elec- trospinning for scaling up nanofibers production. The distribution of electric field, the throughput and deposition area of nanofiber mats, as well as the nanofibers morphology were investigated at four different nozzles spacing. The re- sults indicate that the average diameter of the nanofibers was 447. 62 nm with the CV% of 19. 25%. The nanofibers mats were continuous and even thickness at nozzles spacing of 2 cm and 4 cm. When nozzles spacing further exceeded to 5.5 cm, the nanofiber mats spun from single nozzle separated completely with each other. With the increase of noz- zles spacing, both of the throughput and the deposition area of nanofiber mats increased. Meanwhile, the average diameter of nanofibers decreased from 515.97 nm to 439.27 nm with the CV% decreased from 21.15% to 16.85%.
