摘 要:采用化学复合镀和多弧离子镀的方法,在304不锈钢基材表面制备Ni-P-金刚石/TiAlN双层涂层,采用SEM、磨损试验机、电子天平、光学显微镜研究涂层的摩擦磨损性能,并与相同条件下制备的Ni-P、Ni-P-金刚石、TiAlN涂层进行对比。结果表明,Ni-P-金刚石/TiAlN双层涂层的摩擦系数比Ni-P-金刚石涂层略高,但明显低于Ni-P涂层和TiAlN涂层,摩擦副的质量损失最大,具有最好的抗磨损性能。Ni-P-C/TiA1N double-layered coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel by the composite electro- less plating and multi-arc ion plating. The SEM, friction-abrasion testing machine and electronic balance was used to study the friction and wear performance of coatings. Ni-P, Ni-P-C, TiA1N coatings those were prepared in the same conditions were compared with the Ni-P-C/TiA1N double-layered coatings. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient of Ni-P-C/TiA1N coating is slightly higher than Ni-P-C coatings, but it is significantly lower than Ni-P and TiA1N films. The weight loss of the friction pair of the Ni-P-C/TiA1N coating is biggest in the four kind of coatings, indicating the Ni-P-C/TiA1N coating has the best wear resistance.
